Shiatsu Shin Tai
With around 70 NCBTMB hours of experience in Shiatsu Shin Tai, I often find root causes of issues faced by clients. This modality is special because of its ability to work on the fascia including in and around the vertebrae of the spine. From correcting a short leg, short arm, rotation or torsion in the pelvis, to intestinal massage and psoas release, this through the clothing modality provides in my experience longer lasting results than traditional massage. This modality is mostly gentle touch to stimulate the fascia layer of tissue, however it can bring unexpected and immense relief.

Reiki Master Teacher
Beginning to practice Reiki in 2012, and graduating to Reiki master in 2015, I have learned from time and experience the valuable nature of this modality. When the energy systems of the body are out of alignment, the entire system can be faulty. Clients have shared over and over again the potency of this technique that they have experienced through me.
Sound Therapy
Long have I been interested in sound healing modalities, and have had the privilege to learn from masters of this craft both in the US and in Nepal. In February 2019 I had the honor of learning from my teacher Anup Panthi in a 7 day course in Pokhara, Nepal. In this course I studied Nada Yoga, or the yoga of acoustics. Through this practice I offer Sound Baths, group sound healing, and Sound Therapy, the ancient science of vibration where singing bowls are placed on the actual body. The water in our blood is vibrated, and stagnation and blockages are removed.

Laying on the massage table, the vertebrae of the spine, hips and lumbar are checked and anything misaligned is gently corrected.
Incorporating a distinctly gentle version of fascia release, short arm or leg correction, intestinal massage, psoas release and more.
This modality is my passion, and I consider it the future of bodywork. -
